2. Appointments and Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate all clients, please review our cancellation policy below:

Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to offer the appointment slot to another client.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or in the event of a no-show, a cancellation fee may be charged. The fee amount will vary depending on the type and duration of the service.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we request at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to find an alternative time slot that works for both parties.

Multiple Cancellations

In cases of repeated late cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to request a deposit or prepayment for future appointments.
