Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Chrome Aesthetics is committed to providing exceptional service and maintaining an efficient schedule for all clients. To ensure fairness and clarity, the following policies apply to all appointments.
Notice Requirement
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring additional fees.
Booking Fee
A booking fee is required at the time of scheduling. This fee is applied to the cost of your service at the time of your appointment.
Rescheduling Fee
A $75 rescheduling fee will be applied to appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee, which is non-refundable.
