Notice Requirement

24-Hour Cancellation Notice

Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring additional fees. This notice window allows us to offer your time slot to another patient who may be waiting.

What this means for you

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us the same time on the day before your appointment

For example, if your appointment is Thursday at 2:00 PM, notify us by Wednesday at 2:00 PM.

Booking Fee

Required at Scheduling

A booking fee is required at the time of scheduling your appointment. This fee is not an additional charge, it is applied in full toward the cost of your service at the time of your appointment.

What this means for you

Think of the booking fee as a pre-payment toward your treatment. When you arrive for your appointment, it comes off your total. It is only lost in the event of a no-show or same-day cancellation, see the No-Show Policy below.

Late Rescheduling

$75 Fee for Changes Under 24 Hours

A $75 rescheduling fee will be charged for any appointment rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice. This fee reflects the difficulty of filling a last-minute vacancy and ensures fairness to patients on our waitlist.

If something comes up unexpectedly within 24 hours of your appointment, you can still reschedule, a $75 fee will apply. We understand that life happens, and we'll work with you to find a new time that fits.

No-Show Policy

Booking Fee is Forfeited

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee. No-show booking fees are non-refundable. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments with us.

If you miss your appointment without contacting us, the booking fee you paid at scheduling will not be returned or applied to a future service. If something urgent prevented you from calling, please reach out we handle each situation with care.
