Yes, memberships are flexible with both pausing and cancellation. Please review our full terms for details on notice periods and applicable conditions.
How does Chrome Cash work?
Chrome Cash is the value of your monthly membership payments that accumulates automatically. Use it toward any service or product at Chrome Aesthetics, excluding complimentary facials and other included benefits. Funds expire 6 months after accrual.
When do I get my free facial?
Glamour Elite members receive one complimentary signature facial per month. Glow Getter members receive one every three months. Both include automatic scheduling and reminders.
What is the locked-in Botox and Dysport pricing?
Both tiers lock in your pricing at $11.50/unit for Botox and $4.50/unit for Dysport — protecting you from price increases as long as you remain a member.
Is there an enrollment fee?
Yes, a one-time, non-refundable administrative fee of $200 is due at enrollment, along with your first month's membership payment. This covers setup, your initial consultation, and your complimentary YETI tumbler.
