Membership Terms and Policies
Appointment, No-Show, and Cancellation Policy
24-hour cancellation notice required for all appointments.
Missed or late-canceled appointments for included monthly services will result in forfeiture of that benefit.
Chrome Aesthetics reserves the right to charge a $50 no-show fee for repeat violations.
Freeze & Suspension Policy
Membership may be frozen once, for a maximum of 3 months, with written request and Spa approval.
No Chrome Cash or benefits accrue during a freeze period.
Frozen months do extend the 6-month commitment.
Termination by Spa
The Spa may terminate membership at any time for:
Nonpayment or failed transactions
Disruptive or inappropriate conduct
Abuse of program benefits (e.g., reselling products/services)
Violations of this Agreement or spa policies
No refunds will be issued, and all accrued Chrome Cash and benefits will be forfeited upon termination.
Legal & Liability Protection
Member agrees to follow all safety protocols and treatment guidelines.
Chrome Aesthetics is not liable for any adverse reactions, dissatisfaction with results, or changes to treatment offerings.
Member waives claims against the Spa and its employees for injuries, outcomes, or complications resulting from services rendered.
