The Policy
Cancellations & refunds
Every course booking is subject to the terms below, regardless of training type or format.
14+ days
Before the event
Full refund, minus processing fee
Cancel two weeks or more before your scheduled training and receive a refund of your payment, minus a $200 processing fee.
8–13 days
Before the event
Credit toward a future training
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a full refund. Instead, your payment will be applied as a credit toward a future training with Chrome Aesthetics Academy.
1–7 days
Before the event
50% cancellation fee
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total training cost.
No‑show
Before the event
Full fee charged
Failure to attend without prior notice is treated as a no-show. The full training fee will be charged, with no refunds or credits issued.
If we cancel
Our commitment to you
If Chrome Aesthetics needs to cancel or reschedule a training due to low enrollment, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances you'll receive a full refund or credit toward a future session. No exceptions.
Please note
Chrome Aesthetics is not responsible for hotel deposits, non-refundable airline tickets, or other travel-related expenses. We recommend booking flexible travel until your seat is confirmed.
